Refund & Return Policy

At MomToYou.in, we specialize in fresh, hydroponically-grown vegetables, delivered directly to your doorstep. As we deal with highly perishable and consumable items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure hygiene and quality for all customers.


1. No Returns on Perishable Vegetables

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of vegetables, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Vegetables are delicate and time-sensitive, and we cannot resell or reuse them once dispatched.

We request you to ensure someone is available at your delivery location to receive the order and store it immediately.


2. Damaged or Spoiled Deliveries

If your vegetables are delivered damaged, wilted, or spoiled, please contact us within 1 hour of receipt:

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • Free replacement
  • Partial or full refund
  • Store credit

Note: Complaints made after 1 hour from delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, due to the short shelf life of vegetables.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as the harvest will be done on the same day

After this cut-off time, vegetables are already being harvested or packed and cannot be cancelled.


4. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank
